If an item just doesn't suit, no worries! I accept returns on any non-custom or personalized orders. Just contact me at CottageImaginations @ gmail.com for return instructions.
All returns must be in "like new" condition to qualify for refund.
If an item is damaged in transit, please take photos of item and shipping container. Forward these to me so that I can pursue issue with Postal Service. I will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, with either a refund or replacement.
Except in the case of damaged or incorrect items, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Should an item be returned due to an incorrect shipping address, I will contact you to determine the correct address. Buyer is responsible for additional postage to re-ship to correct address. For any non-customized items, if you prefer a refund less original shipping, that's fine too
International Customers - items are shipped via USPS international mail. The Customs form will indicate what is being shipped, the price paid and that it is merchandise. Any duties, VAT or import fees are the buyer's responsibility. I will forward the Customs Number, but tracking is not available to many countries.
